Paternal Pours: Lidl's Father's Day Whisky Collection
What a great time to be alive for all whisky enthusiasts. Lidl has strategically launched a new range of whisky just before Father’s day. Father's Day is a celebration of fatherhood. And what could possibly be a better way to do so than with fine bottles of the latest Ben Bracken whiskies. With the Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, the Islay single malt Scotch and the Highland single malt under its belt, Lidl is all set out to win hearts this Father’s day.
With a concoction of flavours ranging from vanilla to honey, and cinnamon and even the extremely lustrous creamy caramel, the Speyside single malt will live up to its reputation of “oozing elegance”. It is a very refined and light whisky which can be relished by everyone.
Coming to the next single malt on the list, they have the Islay single malt with various aromas including baked apples, salted bananas, and a slight hint of smokiness.
Last but not the least, the Highland single malt Scotch whisky stand out with its sweetness and flavours of glazed orange fragments, mixing crème brûlée, and nectar plunged in brioche fragrances.
Lidl claims that the Islay and Highland single malts are cheaper than their competitors in the same range, such as Waitrose’s and Tesco’s malt whiskies.
Quoting Lidl spirits expert Tristan Stephenson, it can be said that, “It’s fantastic to see Lidl growing the award-winning range of its spirits with these smart single malt scotch whiskies.” He added by saying that customers will be able to treat their dads to such top-notch whisky without having to worry about breaking the bank on the occasion of this father’s day.
The trio will be available in Lidl stores all around the UK. So go grab yours from the Lidl store near you.
