Mix all the ingredients except the ginger beer in a jug. Then add cubed ice to chill and garnish with slices of blood orange, fresh mint leaves and assorted berries. Apply the last touch by topping up with ginger beer and serve chilled.

  • 240 ml Jameson whiskey
  • 120 ml blood orange juice
  • 120 ml cranberry juice
  • 120 ml sugar syrup
  • 30 ml orange bitters
  • 240 ml ginger beer
  • Mint leaves for garnishing
  • Blueberries for garnishing
  • Blood orange slices for garnishing
